About

The Full Story

For as long as I can remember, I believed in human potential — not as an abstract idea, but as something real, tangible, waiting just beneath the surface. My life was built on movement, resilience, and the sense that I was meant for more.

I spent years chasing that “more” through adventure, intensity, and extremes — travel, rock climbing, Teach for America, CrossFit, constantly pushing toward the next challenge, the next goal, the next high. And while it looked full from the outside, it never quite lasted. As soon as one thing was done, it was on to the next. Over time, I started to feel how hollow that constant chasing could be. I thought strength was enough. Until it wasn’t.

In 2024, everything shifted. After a personal crisis cracked open what I thought I knew, I wasn’t looking for another milestone. I was just trying to feel better. That’s when I found breathwork. It started simply but quickly became something more. For the first time, I felt what it meant to come home to myself — to breathe deeply, feel fully, and live from a place of grounded steadiness instead of constant striving.

I realized something: we all have a baseline — a natural emotional set point we return to. Most people live in the swing of it, chasing highs, managing lows, and holding themselves back without even realizing it. But what if that baseline isn’t fixed? What if, through intentional habits like breathwork, we could actually raise it and stay there?

That’s the work that called me forward. Raise the Baseline was built on a simple belief: you’re not broken. You don’t need fixing. You need to reconnect to what’s already within you — your breath, your resilience, your ability to create a life that feels better, not just looks better.

Today, my mission is simple: to help people breathe better, feel better, and raise their baseline for good — one breath, one habit, one day at a time. Because life isn’t just meant to be survived. It’s meant to be lived.
