Foundations

A 5-session 1:1 coaching experience to learn how to breathe properly and start applying it to your daily life.

This is for you if you want to understand your breathing, build awareness, and have simple tools you can use to feel calmer and more in control. You’ll get guided sessions, exercises, and app-based support with notes, tracking, and accountability between sessions.

Personalized coaching

A 9-session 1:1 coaching experience for deeper, more personalized support and lasting change.

This is for you if you’re dealing with ongoing symptoms — anxiety, panic, poor sleep, breathlessness, or feeling constantly “on” — and want to actually resolve what’s driving them.

We tailor everything to you, adjust as you go, and build habits that stick, with app support and ongoing check-ins between sessions.
